Alma Salazar, MD, FAAP
Meet Dr. Alma Salazar, Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Salazar grew up in Michoacan, Mexico. She moved to Los Angeles, CA as a teenager. She attended Mount Saint Mary’s University where she got a degree in Biological Sciences followed by attendance at UCLA Medical School for her Medical Degree. Her Pediatrics training was at the Fresno Campus of the University of California, San Francisco.
After marrying Dr. Serafin Salazar, an OB/GYN, and starting a family, she opened her own practice in 2005 next to Parkview Community Hospital where she has had different positions such as Department of Pediatrics Chairman 2010-2011, Medical Staff Treasurer and Secretary 2011-2015.
Dr. Salazar is a member of the Riverside County Medical Association and is affiliated with Riverside Community Hospital and Parkview Community Hospital.
She is currently involved in various committees such as:
- Ethics Committee at Parkview Community Hospital
- Child, Adolescent and Maternal Health Committee for Riverside County
- Kids in Need of Doctors (K.I.N.D.): Providing free medical care for uninsured children
- Enhanced Care Management (ECM): Providing care for patients with complex needs facing difficult life and health circumstances
Dr Salazar is also a Clinical Professor at California University of Science and Medicine (CUSM). She trains Medical Students, Physician Assistant students and Ph-D Psychology students.
Dr. Salazar enjoys spending her free time with her 3 dogs, traveling, and sharing experiences with her daughters.
Rebekah Kibbe

I'm Rebekah Kibbe and I am thrilled to be a part of the team here at Inland Pediatrics. With a passion for pediatric care demonstrated in my educational and professional journey, I am dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to your little ones.
My journey began at Azusa Pacific University, where I grew my knowledge in the field of nursing. In 2014, I proudly obtained my Bachelor's degree in Nursing, laying a solid foundation for my future career endeavors. Eager to expand my expertise, I pursued further education and earned my Master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018, building on my skills to deliver comprehensive care to families like yours.
Beyond my credentials and experience, I bring a compassionate and personalized approach to pediatric healthcare. I understand the importance of building trust and rapport with both children and their caregivers, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment for optimal health outcomes.
As a member of the inland pediatric family, I am committed to providing exceptional care tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. I am excited to go on this journey with you and your little ones, offering guidance, support, and expertise every step of the way.
Danielle Martinez
MS, PA-C
Danielle Martinez, MS, PA-C, received her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Western University of Health Science in 2016. She has been in pediatrics since 2019 and absolutely loves it! In her free time, Danielle enjoys going to National Parks, reading, and volunteering around the community (especially the library).
